No Refunds or Exchanges

  • No Money-Back Guarantee: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credit if you are unsatisfied with the contents or specific items in your box.

  • No Swaps: Items inside the mystery box cannot be exchanged or swapped for other products.

Damaged or Missing Items

While all sales are final, we want to ensure your package arrives safely. If your order arrives physically damaged during transit or is missing, please contact the carrier to start a claim.
